  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: A flat fee of ₹99 will be applied to orders below ₹999.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery within major cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery to other locations: 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping address and courier service availability.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If the courier service is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
    • Customers will be contacted to confirm the shipping address.
    • Re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Ramaya Tatva ensures that your orders are securely packed. In the rare case of damaged or lost shipments:
    • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for damaged goods.
    • For lost shipments, we will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
